I am doing it myself...I do all my own and this is for XP corporate if that makes any difference (should have said that first I guess).

I noticed also that I can set file size allocations does this mean I can limit the size of file they can save or is it overall storage space they are allowed to use?

I don't mean to be asking all these n00b questions but my management of my computers has never had to go to these extremes.
