It probably won't come to a law suit. This guy is known for his honesty actually. When I take the car back I want to be able to say something like, "I think this is the problem", and maybe when I mention a certain part of the car, something will click in his head right away and he will say something like "oh yea, im sure thats it" and he wont feel so bad about not knowing what it is right away.
