Please switch from the syntec...it isnt truly synthetic... I say go with Mobile 1 5w30 synthetic, thats what I run in mine! Get the Honda Oil Filter(has new crush washer for drain plug) and is a better filter than aftermarket ones....

Also use Honda Transmission fluid....

BTW dont use slick 50, I've "heard" that over time it builds up on things and can clog oil ports, and lower oil pressure..very very bad things....
