man i must not take good care of my car or must have been drunk everytime i chose my oil because i use Valvoline 10w40. i thought forever that that was the normal oil to use in a car. i guess i should have done more research like i am today since i have a b16a2 vtec, which i have never had before. do you guys think i have done harm to my engine for using 10w40??? i am definately gunna change to 5w30 when i do my oil change here pretty quick.
