dunno if it's the same deal in NV, but Discount Tire charged $10 to repair a flat caused by a screw in one of my 225/40-18 using the patch+plug solution. Tire never acted up at all when I autocrossed on them.

3 months later I picked up a nail in another tire; they repaired it using the patch+plug, but charged me $0.00 I'll get my $10 back if I ever buy tires from them

Too bad my other 2 were destroyed
