Just walk up to her, and talk to her about class or something or other, ask her for a favor (a pen, paper, hold something temporarily, etc) and then after she does, say thanks and be on your way.

People want what they can't have, even those super hot girls. Just act like you don't notice that they're gorgeous, and they'll be all over you.
This is of course a generalization, but in my experiences; it is true in most cases. However, it's not exactly the best way to meet QUALITY women....
There you go. Let's be rational here RB, the hottest chick in every class you have has their share of leghumpers and sleazy guys every day they go to school. The key is to not care and keep it cool. Don't get bent over like I did and always have a plan B.
