Look for the hottest girl in your class, that doesn't have a boyfriend.

Go talk to her, act like she's "no one". Yes, I said it, be a dick.

Just walk up to her, and talk to her about class or something or other, ask her for a favor (a pen, paper, hold something temporarily, etc) and then after she does, say thanks and be on your way.

She'll be intrigued by why you aren't flopping all over her like every other guy in the world.

After that, make small glances so she notices you (she'll be looking, I'd be willing to bet) and then within the next couple days just strike up a conversation with her, and KEEP COOL.

That's all, simple. Tried and true.

People want what they can't have, even those super hot girls. Just act like you don't notice that they're gorgeous, and they'll be all over you.

This is of course a generalization, but in my experiences; it is true in most cases. However, it's not exactly the best way to meet QUALITY women....
