I also removed the little hose between the intake hose and the valve cover. the reasoning behind that is hot,dirty oily air has no reason to be sucked into the throttle body. also when you rev as high and as often as i do*ahem* it's nice to vent the crankcase to relieve some pressure.
"releaving pressure" doesn't lower your compression ratio? I guess it wouldn't because that's all in the lowered end of the motor, isn't it?
