Yeah, that was in the main Accord repair manual from Helm. I don't have the elect. troubleshooting manual.

I had that code, it was the vent-shut valve for me. It's on the outboard end of the EVAP canister. I'm not sure what the CVS is?? (But a civic isn't the same as an accord anyway...)

When I was waiting for the valve to show up, the CEL would stay out for several engine-start cycles. I guess this code doesn't register unless it's bad when you start the engine, several times in a row. So the valve you changed might not have been bad. (Did you test it?)
