I bought the tire before I drove down to Miami from Queens NY. That was back in the summer.

I've put close to 14-15K miles on that tire. Maybe its worth changing them all.
My two fronts have about 14-15k on them.

The rears have never been replaced. So I have like 40k miles on it.

I guess I should change them all. Whats the tire life? 20k
