The *only* reason I'd pick AEM over and Ebay intake + a K&N filter is for the CARB sticker. Over here in California, it is strict.

Instead of spending $200ish on a "name brand" intake, I suggest removing the intake resonator and throwing in a $50 K&N drop-in filter. "Same" gains yet no worries of a hydrolocked engine.
