i think it should pretty much bolt in, but you need to convert either the motor down to obd 1, or the car to obd2. preferably to obd 1 since it's easier. i think the mounts you have should work. not sure about axles, but seems like they should work. shift linkage might be a little longer or shorter on one, but not sure.
