Default My conundrum

well, i got a problem (sorta). As some of you may know, I'm planning a cr-vtec build up. I was planning on putting together either an n/a motor around 11.3:1 c/r or a slighly lower (~10.0:1) c/r for room for a healthy dose of n2o. Luckily, I haven't started buying parts yet.

The problem is, my roommate is willing to donate his turbo to my cause. Its a garret exhaust housing .48 ar, and a Saab garret turbine (i forget what size off the top of my head) hybrid; a pretty swell turbo.

As you also may know, my car is an autocross beater. I have raced enough turbo cars to know that I don't want mine to be turbo (just doesn't work very well with autox). So now I need to make some decisions... do I turbo the shitbox and buy an old Si or sentra and start all over again in H-stock? Do I continue chortling through STS in my unhealthy VX and try and save up for a 4-door teg to put the turboed motor in? Or do I just forget the whole thing? I'm certainly a fan of turbo (used to drive a supra), but its just not gonna happen on my autox beater. And as we all know, a turbo is just a catalyst for more spending (intercooler, plumbing, management, manifold, etc..) and I'm not exactly made of money.

Ideas, advice, flames...
