I own a NX Wet kit that I paid $700.00 for a couple of years ago and yes a wet kit is adjustable below but what's the point of having a wet kit if you cannot use it to it's full potential? For his needs a high end kit is rediculous but if you have money to burn then what the hell.
well sure you dont need it.. i just think that its better to start with the best.. than to outgrow a lesser kit.. ive seen them for less than $700 i bet he could find it for a semi rasonable price..
