okay i'm very clueless about sway bars. its that curvy rod under the car right with the bushines leeting it pivot? whats an LCA?

also i have a 5th gen ex sdn. i am pretty sure it comes with a stock sway bar...... right?

my exhaust was rattling on the sway bar (what i think iks the sway bar) near where it goes over it. i silenced it by [putting a piece of water tube around the way bar and clamping it on.... an aftermarket one is the EXACT same shape rite?

can someone answer ALL of these questions? or some of them cuz I hate reposting the questions so people will see them
