thanx jaje. HASport has the mounts I was thinking of. hmotorsonline is a great place to buy your engine. I think a b20 is ~$700-800. Compare that to a gsr's ~$3000. but then you have to buy a tranny/lsd, which should be that much.
For stock valvetrains, either one is strong enough. Its the bottom end that you may want to beef up [pistons, rings, rod, crank, etc]. Also, if you opt for a vtec head, go for the b16 head. The intake manifold runners are short and fat, and aren't two staged like gsr's. I think b16 heads are a lil cheaper as well. If you chose to go with vtec, be sure to do it right. There are other engine components recommended by most crvtec heads, like a vtec water pump and a few other goodies. Do a search on crvtec for that, or let somebody else tell you about that cause I dont know much about crvtec. I personally would just get a nice cam/gear/spring combo and a head job[:naughty:].
Also, the roots type sc's that you usually see on hondas are kinda "soft", imo. Theyre fine for spirited driving, but aren't efficient enough for real racing. They have nowhere near the potential of a turbo.
