I suppose but I do transfer a lot of files to and from my server and I also have my house wired in every room so I doubt in the time it takes me to walk from one room to another and plug back in I would miss much at all

Besides I like the reliable speed and no loss of signal errors I get on a solid line as opposed to wireless.....signal degradation and conflicting signal is a bitch sometimes.
