90-93 Accords are prone to rust around the rear quarterpanel wheel well. My car was bought in Houston in 93 and now resides in Dallas. Texas registration all 10 years. Little spots of rust on the quarterpanel covered by touch-up paint. Must be a drainage issue. No bueno.
