Well, I moved it out of the driveway this morning, and when I let up on the e-brake, it didn't budge. It seems like either the e-brake or the rear drums are stuck or frozen.

I'm gonna take it and have the brakes/e-brake checked. I mean, I drove it to a good size hill, and it doesn't roll down(move at all!) in neutral.

Any ideas? Stuck e-brake cable? Frozen drums?
