I would check the timing and do a compression test first to make sure thats not the problem. If all of thats fine then I would change the rotor,cap,and plugs. The plug wires are probably fine. I guess its possible you could have a dead plug (from the swap sitting in the junk yard) but the car would spit and spudder if this was the case.
