like he says. I put some Hella bixenons into my 5th gen OEM lights and they are fantastic. The reason why halogen projectors supposedly "suck" is that they spread light evenly onto the ground unlike halogen reflectors that spread the light directly in front of you. The reason why TYC are better is because their projector's reflector is much more reflective than the cheap APC, etc ones! if you have question, i'd be more than glad to help. Just email me at

The HID retrofit is where u buy HID lights that are made for luxury cars and put them into ur projector. There are a few ppl here that did this to their accords. Expect to pay ~$300 for the parts and then u have to be skilled at hacking away.
