I finally did my first brake job today. I replaced my worn out brake pads up front w/some AEM pads. It took about 45 minutes and was easy as hell. I had never attempted to mess w/my brakes before so I was kinda hesitant, but it was hella easy. All you need is a lug wrench, 17mm socket, some brake cleaner and some disc brake quiet(aerosol can). Remove your wheel, remove the two bolts holding the caliper to the caliper mounting bracket, remove the old pads and shims. Put the new pads in w/the shims, compress the piston, reinstall the caliper and put the wheel back on. Now that I see how easy it is to do, i'm gonna paint my calipers the right way, I painted em while they were still on the car last time
