what kind of throttle cable and bracket are you using? i recommend the ITR cable and bracket, that's what I used. Bracket didn't line up even then.

If you put on a new throttle body, and had you swap over the tps sensor then you may not of set the tps on properly.

When I did the swap, I used all the ports on the skunk2 manifold to get the evap system all setup. I had to use a t bracket to run two of the lines onto one port of the skunk2 manifold.

If your cable is on properly. it should have 10-12 mm of deflection when you tug on the throttle cable. I had issues of the throttle sticking but it was my throttle body. I had to retorque the butterfly screws to get it to fit. I could take my foot off the gas, and the throttle would stick.
