No, engine mounts stay right where they are. It's the exact same service as the timing belt - t-belt cover, belt tensioner, crank pulley, etc. Any halfway decent guide can walk you through it. The crank pulley bolt can be a real SOB, though... that's about the only tricky part. I did the entire job on my old 82 Volvo with NO prior mechanical experience of any kind in about 2 weekends... and had virtually no problems.
