You can get h22's for 2500. And I've seen boosted h22's w/ more than 8 psi. It's all in the tuning. You don't have to build anything if you can tune. 800+ whp stock internal supras speak for that statement. That's over 1000 flywheel horsies on stock internals.
Yeah you can buy a H22 for $2500 but it will cost you another $2000 to put it in a civic, by the time you consider mounts, axles, rewiring for the H22.

Supras are over built to begin with thats why you can get so much power out of stock internals unlike an H22.
