What do you mean "based" on RPM. It IS RPM. A strong arguement for what I've already said. Torque is nothing without the RPMs. Therefore, torque figures... on their own, are no more significant than horsepower figures.

Spoken like someone who's never driven one, let alone raced in one. Its not hard to keep the rpms above 6500 because the damn thing revs to 9K, stock.
