when i did my passenger axle it took me about 3 hours. I wouldnt consider it a hard job but there is a bolt that commonly gets frozen in the bushing. and if its one thing thats a pain in the ass... its having the head of the bolt snap ohh and your left with drilling it or torching it out. otherwise a minimal amout of tranny fluid will leak you dont HAVE to drain it but if its a high milage car then why not.
