This doesn't really settle anything, but here is my personal experience....

I have a 2500lb s13 with SR20det at 0.8bar putting down about 225rwhp. I haved raced a guy quite a few times that has an ITR EG hatch (with about every imaginable bolt-on - beautiful car ) quite a few times. We are a close race. We have raced from a roll and from a stand. Whoever is driving better usually wins.

However, I will soon be upping the boost to 1 bar (14-15 psi). Then I will smoke his ricer ass - just kidding I love hondas, especially nicely built hatches.

btw - most NA 240's ARE boats! I almost cried when I sold my accord and was driving my NA 240 around. A few friends of mine take their N/A 240's to the track and always run high 16's. It's kinda embarassing. The modded N/A 240's can sometimes sneek into the very high 15's - LOL
