You're right. You can't drive your car w/o an o2 sensor if I'm correct. When I got my clutch done, they didn't plug my o2 sensor extension back in all the way and it came apart while I was driving, car died silently and wouldn't kick over.

It's on the driver side of the firewall, pain in the arse to get to, even more difficult to replace. Which really sucks cause it's only a $20 part
