94 hb si. Muffler rusted out right where the pipe meets the muffler. While trying to unbolt said unit I sheared a bolt. Understand drilling out a bolt but is there a way to go about it so i dont damage the plate and nut that are welded to the rest of the exhaust?

Secondly what is the difference between resonated and non resonated.?
