It isnt that new of a number. The TSB for the hard-starts is 03-079 and that came out in October 21, 2003....so this is older than that.

FYI Honda America is 800-999-1009.

Also, my rotors warped at 8K miles, and dealer replaced without me telling him that I wanted it done...good dealer I guess. It should def be covered under warranty since there is a TSB out for it.
