It won't hurt a thing as long as you don't over rev. or constantly dump the clutch. When I had my Civic, even with as little h.p. as it had (dx), I could easily skip third gear if I wound the rpm up enough, (i.e. 2nd to 4th) That's not racing though, just driving aggressively. I skipped gears from time to time for the heck of it, and my clutch went 150k miles. Ya know, I haven't tried that with my Accord yet...hmm.
