my timing belt went out a couple of weeks ago and i had this shop replace it and they said when the belt went out, i bent 4 valve stems and so i was able to get a replacement head from another 97 integra non vtec with close to the same amount of miles on it. well i have all the basic tools and a torque wrench but i was wondering what else i will need? is it neccessary to replace all the gaskets? someone told me to replace the timing belt again even though its only been like 2 weeks:dunno: also, does anyone know where i can find the torque specs for my head? any and all help would be great:thumbup: also, how long will this usually take to complete? oh, this might sound stupid but should i adjust the valves before i install the head or after its on the block? thanks again:goodjob:
