Looks like that's not the e-manage, it's just the blue box FCU like I originally thought. It apears to resell for around $50-$60.

There's not much more you can do to that head unless you want to put in higher lift/duration cams or a more aggressive port. The B20 block is going to need a lot of work to perform well with that head though.
