SUCESS! Turns out the rear balance shaft was off after all 
. I didn't realize since it is gear driven off the rear pulley it doesn't rotate at the same rate as the pulley itself, therefore the mark I put on the pulley was only good in 1 of 4 orientations. The manual outlines the proper way to align the rear balance shaft... All good now, smooth with UR pulley installed!
Great!! I told you it wasn't bad bearings or any of that garbage.
So do you love the pulley set, I'm thinking of getting the complete kit for my Cord when I change my belts.
