raybestos and bendix are both quality, as well as powerstop (metallic pads only tho)
and the softer material pads can wear out quickly under heavy breaking as well as glaze, semimetallic pads do tend to squeak on some vehicles
and often pad wear is mostly attributed to the driver's braking habits

so its all a matter of driving styles
