For low cost the best bet is to get a v-afc/s-afc and have it tuned wide a wide band O2 sensor and a dyno.
Listen to StyleTEG; there have been a lot of posts recently on "should I chip/what ECU to get". Aftermarket ECU's are tuned as the "one size fits all variety". You'll have immediate power gains but as you add on more mods you will not be able to maximize your power gains unless you tune the car yourself. In the long run it's better to invest in a V-AFC and some dyno time.
