look on cryogens website

but heres how i remember it, prolly alittle off

turn car on
let idle for 10 or so minutes
turn car off
disconnect battery
let sit for 5-10 minutes
reconnect battery
turn on car and let idle for 5 minutes, do not touch gas
turn car off
