Take note who I quoted (twin3037). But I will reiterate and say given equal, professional drivers (Car and Driver editors are not just writers, but professional drivers with technical engineers that run their analysis equipment), the RSX Type-S bests the GS-R. I'm sure the GS-R has more road feel (I've driven a new Civic Si HB and the car feels more European, but less connected to the pavement), but fact remains, the RSX Type-S (even though its 200lbs. heavier) has a more powerful engine, and better weight balance then the one found in the GS-R.
