The hanging brake is usually one of two things:
1- Messed up piston - if your piston inside the caliper is not coming out straight it can get stuck at an angle and bind "hang" a brake, you usually just have to replace the piston seal as this is usually what causes the problem, make sure to have a piece of fuel hose handy when you remove the caliper to block the brake line, and have plenty of fluid and a buddy around for bleeding them after you fix the piston
2 - Messed up bar thingies - I know my description is not technical but the pins that connect the moving part of your caliper to the stationary one bind up all of the time, sometimes intermittently, go buy new pins from carquest for 6 bucks and buy some high temp brake grease and lube those b*tches up good, it is also a good idea to clean the guides (tubes that they slide into) with a large pipe cleaner and some undiluted simple green, then blow them out with compressed air (or the nearest girlfriend, cause you know she's got plently of that) and put some grease in them too, i know it all sounds a little phallic but it gets the job done.
