yep... i guess that could be the problem. Im having the same problem w/ my cord's angel aye projectors. The high beam projector is dead on one side and my regular driving beam's output is pretty bad. I figure getting new bulbs... thinkin of PIAA's... what ya think? are they the best?

i had them and they were no whiter than my stock bulbs...worthless
