Well I have driven almost 100 miles with it vibrating on there . I did not change anything but the timing belt, water pump, and timing belt tensioner idler bearing. My guess is it HAS to be the balancing shafts, so I will open it up again tomorrow and check it out, although I already did the same thing yesterday. We'll see... if all else fails I always have the backup car until the Accord is fixed
