i exact have the set up you desire (without the wheel/tire combo)

my camber is a little under -2 in the rear. not as bad in the front.
i seem to be doing ok after 9k miles. camber wear baaarrrely perceptible in the front. none in the rear. i attribute that to more weight in the front pushing the tires down making camber's effect higher.

my advice:: get an aliignment RIGHT AFTER you put them in, rotate tires normally, and maintain correct air pressure. you shoudl be good to go
