my co-worker told me about this one.
we have a product called VideoH it comes in PCI/CD/DVD versions. PCI is a PCI card and it comes with a DVD/VCD authoring program. CD version only allows VCD and DVD version is a USB 2.0 external capture box with DVD/VCD authoring.
so this customer calls in with VideoH DVD edition.
he is complaining about false advertisement. the DVD edition isn't a DVD edition at all :blah: :blah: so after about 10mins of listening to thi idiot ramble on, co worker asks him what kind of DVD burner he has?
customer: dvd burner?
CoW: yes
customer: well that's why I'm calling
CoW:
what do you mean?
customer: it says DVD on the box, but it doesn't come with one!
CoW: goes through pretty much the same thing eddie did with his customer
