I've seen a few USDM B20B with the lower compression pistons but I don't know if I want to mess with them. I could always upgrade but I kind of want something that will run just out of the box. I may end up going that route someday, I don't know yet.
I've spend the last 3 winters bundled up in about every old sweatshirt and jacket I own rebuilding or tearing down my hybrid. This is the first winter I will be without and I'm kinda mixed on it. I'm happy to not be forced out into the cold but at the time, I kinda miss it. I'll probably end up with an OBD I ECU and a conversion harness but who knows at this point. I'll worry about all that later.
Really? I figured that to be the most efficient way of responding to each and every thing.
Once you get in to the habit of doing something enough times (3 winters? That'll do it...), it can be hard to stop. As we both of know, picking up an LS obd-1 ECU should be easy and cheap, as well a conversion harness. That would be the easiest route for you.
