I'd say go with whatever style you like better, the 5th generation Accord (94-97) or 6th generation Accord (98-02). I would get a 98+ just cause I'm partial to the looks. Another nice thing is that a 98+ Accord has only been out of production a little over a year, so even a 98 can still pull off that "newer car" look. With a 5th generation Accord, people know it's at least 6 years old. But in my opinion both body styles have aged nicely. The 5th gen Accord came out in 94...hardly looks like a 10 year design in my opinion.

Budget will come into play if you are looking at an EX, leather, V6, etc.
