well no-one really wants to spend a lot of money on a 1.5 non-vtec anyways, so it's a cheap way to make some pep. And it's a better expnediture than I/H/E?stickers.

Some hints:
HF manifold with adapter plate
DSM td04 turbo
DSM 450CC injectors and resistor box out of an OBD0 honda
saab viggen intercooler, or starion intercooler
DSM BOV.
jc-whitney u-bends for piping.
That leaves you with oil and coolant lines to work out.
and I program ECU that will do boost managment, with no fmu, no check valves, nothing.

It can be done, and it might not look pretty, but it'll make the car a little more fun to drive.
