All of the Japanese brands got killed the last time they got into the price range of the Corvette. The FD RX-7 made it til '95, the 300ZX til '96, the Supra til '98 albeit in insanely limited numbers of the turbo, and the 3000GT til '99 with even smaller sales of the turbo. They're not going to do it again. Nissan and Mazda have revived their sports nameplates (Z and RX) and have come out with moderately powered normally aspirated cars with prices that top out in the low-mid 30s. Toyota is not going to run straight up against the vette without first coming out with a more reasonably priced entry.

But really all of this is completely idle speculation because as I have already said, none of these pictures is newer than 5 years old.
