you want one that will beat em you need to ahve a shop that builds NA engines work on it....to solidly take an SS i would say you need to run a 12.8 or faster....after all they can hit that fast with minor mods. a guy down her ein houston runs around 12 flat on a b20vtec. he wouldnt give too many details...lots of little tricks but i do know he is putting down around 225hp to the ground...all i knoiw is b20 block, 13:1 or so compression...cams, b16a head with some head work...
It will take a lot more than 225HP to the wheels to run 12 flat. My S2000 has 210 to the wheels and weighs less; best I could hope for is a 13.3 q/m.
