OK, here's the tool I was talking about...

the 1st piece on the left goes over you lug

the 2nd piece in the middle slips over the first

the 3rd piece; the nut, screws onto the first and when tightened creats a compressed pinch on the lug.

Once this is on good and tight then you can pop the lug or lock lug off with no problems:thumbup:
